Who we are
Meet the team behind one of the UK’s most experienced social research companies
TONIC is a social research organisation working across the UK.
Founded in 2005, we’ve run many large scale public consultations and evaluated complex public policy programmes.
Our team is a unique blend of social policy experts, practitioners, academics and researchers with vast experience working in areas such as criminal justice, public health and social care.
Our work involves engagement within the most challenging public policy environments, from adult and youth secure estates to survivors of abuse.
By placing service user and stakeholder insight at the heart of decision making, we believe public services can be transformed so they work for all.
