Promoting the 2026 Victims’ Survey

Claire Waxman, Victims' Commissioner for England and Wales, is launching the 2026 Victims' Survey and we need your help to make it a success.

This survey is the only one of its kind in England and Wales. It gives victims a direct voice on their experience of the criminal justice system and the Commissioner uses it to drive real change. I hope you'll be able to lend your support.

The survey is open 8 April to 20 May 2026

It is anonymous, takes around 15 minutes, and is open to anyone aged 16+ who has experienced crime since January 2021 - whether or not they reported it to police. TONIC are supporting the Victims’ Commissioner with this project.

We're asking you to help us reach as many victims as possible, especially those from underrepresented groups.

Here's how you can help:

Email the link through your mailing lists and newsletters: https://www.tonic.org.uk/victimsurvey2026
